Our government, academic, corporate, for-profit and non-profit clients operate across multiple sectors that impact community well-being (e.g., public health, behavioral health, housing and community development, education).

Founded on a belief that collective impact strategies more fully harness the "wisdom of crowds" and have greater impact than isolated approaches, Collective Health Impact, LLC has established a successful record of assisting groups and organizations to achieve their goals. Erima Fobbs, MPH, CPH, CTF, the company president and principal consultant, founded Collective Health Impact, LLC in 2014 after many years of working in local, state and national public health and after decades of leading cross-sector community impact initiatives. She is a Strategic Doing practitioner and is a certified ToP Facilitation Methods facilitator and trainer. Her team includes public health and business consultants with extensive facilitation, community, organizational or project expertise. Collective Health Impact, LLC is recognized as a Virginia micro-business and is SWAM certified.
